We offer holiday apartments and houses near Kassel and Lake Edersee with barbecue facilities in idyllic natural surroundings and a beautifully landscaped garden. A sauna and whirlpool are also available for exclusive use on our property. Children will find a playground and many other attractions. A beautiful hiking trail begins right outside the front door, leading through the rolling hills and surrounding forests. The Hessenaussichtsturm (Hesse Observation Tower), a 15-minute walk away, is a worthwhile destination. The health resort of Niedenstein offers Mediterranean restaurants, various shopping opportunities, an indoor swimming pool, a pump track, and a large adventure playground right in the center. Centrally located in Germany, we regularly host family reunions and other corporate events.

The D&B staycation holiday park offers fully equipped holiday apartments near Kassel, accommodating up to 45 people. The grounds themselves are laid out as a garden with 11 fruit trees and countless ornamental plants. You are welcome to barbecue, relax, or enjoy some of the organic fruit in the garden.
